The Hearth

A CLOSED WOMEN'S CIRCLE

A Year long in-person journey through the seasons

This is a call back to yourself.

To your voice, your truth and the part of you that is longing for more

depth, joy, connection and aliveness

Join me as we gather across the year.

This is a closed women’s circle. A steady place to return to each month. A space where you don’t have to perform, hold it all together, or be anything other than where you are. A place to deepen your connection to yourself, to others, to the land and to the quiet inner compass that lives within you.

For centuries women have gathered like this. Close to the fire, the earth and one another. To speak what is true, to be witnessed, to rest, to create and to remember who they are.

A year of craft, connection, nourishment, community soulful journeying & tending the wild

The rhythm of the year

We will meet once a month.

Each gathering is a space to slow down and arrive, just as you are. To share in the simple yet potent medicines of life. To reflect, to connect and to feast together.

But this is not only a space of inner reflection.

It is a space of making. Of doing. Of working with your hands.

Across the year, we gather not only to turn inward, but to meet the world through touch and texture and rhythm. Crushing herbs between your fingers. Weaving. Braiding. Grinding. Singing. Working with natures resources. Tending the fire. Gathering from the riverside.

Learning not through theory, but through repetition. Through sensation. Through the profound intelligence of the body remembering what it already knows.

This is an outer rewilding as much as an inner one. A return to ancestral ways of being that live in your blood, belly and bones as much as your mind.

And as the months unfold, something begins to transform.

A quiet refinement of your connection to self, alongside a deepening relationship with the physical world around you. You begin to see the fruits of what it means to tend your life with devotion over a year...

You feel more rooted. More connected. You begin to track yourself. To trust in life... Your patterns, your cycles, your intentions, your hopes and dreams. Each month you return to these threads, gently weaving yourself back into your own life. Becoming quietly accountable to what matters. To what is true for you.

And alongside this… something else begins to form.

A gathering of women who make a reverent nod to the unsung rites of passage. The thresholds that so often go unseen. Those moments that go unmarked and unheld. A space where you are tended to when you are unwell. Where you are cheered on when you are deep in the trenches. Where laughter rises from the belly and grief is given room to breathe.

A place where your becoming is witnessed. Your shedding honoured. Your evolution seen. A circle that stands with you as you find your steadiness.

And this is not an echo chamber.

This is not a space of sameness or surface-level agreement.

This is a gathering of women from different walks of life. Different beliefs. Different backgrounds. Different ways of living, seeing and being.

Because there is something deeply nourishing about sitting alongside difference… and choosing connection. Choosing respect. Choosing to listen. To soften. To expand.

This is a year of returning.

To the medicine of the hearth.
To the rhythm of the seasons.
To the quiet, steady wisdom of craft and creation.

Across the year we will also explore:

Seasonal living and wisdom

Bushcraft Skills

Herb Craft & Folk medicine making

Creativity and art

Song and drumming

Folklore and storytelling

Rituals for connection

Reflection and introspection

Working with the elements

This is a weaving of the practical and the intuitive. The ancient and the everyday. Some months will be quieter and more inward, others more expressive and alive. You don’t need experience in anything, only a willingness to come as you are.

The space

We will gather waterside at my narrowboat Equinox, a tranquil floating sanctuary. This is a cosy, wild and intimate space held on the River Nene.

During the warmer months we will also step out into the local landscape... into the trees, the water and the wild edges. This may include wild swimming, foraging, time in nature, moonlit walks, or sitting around the fire. The land becomes part of the circle, holding us as much as we hold each other.

What is a closed circle?

This is the medicine of a closed women’s circle.

The same group of women journey together across the year, not dropping in and out, but staying, returning and being seen over time. It allows something deeper to form... trust, safety, honesty and real connection.

Over time the space becomes more open, more real and more alive. At certain thresholds the circle may open briefly for new women to join, but when you step in, you are stepping into a shared journey.

You are here to root, to rise + to remember.

Meet Hannah Lily
Your Guide for the journey

Hannah is a space holder, trauma therapist, ceremonialist and earth wisdom keeper.

She has spent the last decade walking a path of deep remembering. Of self. Of land. Of sacred practice. And gently guiding others to do the same.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing, but about returning. Returning to wholeness. To truth. To rhythm.

Through her Temple space, and years of holding 1:1 sessions, group spaces and private ceremonies, she has supported hundreds of women to reclaim their voices, rewrite their stories, and step into a form of self leadership that feels grounded, soulful and real.

She has carved a devotional life that moves in rhythm with the land. A life shaped by the elements, by craft, by presence. One that finds beauty in the everyday and depth in the simple.

And at the heart of it, there is a desire to share this way of living. Not as something to strive for, but as something to remember within yourself.
