Sunrise Solstice Ceremony
Join me for a morning of gathering with the land, the water, the sun and the wind. A morning of ceremony, community and remembering ourselves as part of the living world.
As the wheel of the year turns and the longest day approaches, we gather at the water's edge to honour this seasonal threshold. A moment to step out of the pace of everyday life and into something older. A rhythm that has existed long before us and continues long after us.
There is something especially potent about gathering while the world rests in that liminal space between night and day.
We will walk before dawn accompanied by the dawn chorus and the quiet stirring of the land around us, arriving in time to greet the rising sun together.
We will greet the sunrise with moments of silence before moving into a Celtic elemental Blessing & practices…
