Ostara : Circle & Ceremony

Join me in ceremony to welcome the renewing energies of Ostara as we ground to feel into the stirrings of our own inner awakening. This is a sacred time to honour the land and celebrate the rebirth of light as the earth blooms from her deep & dark slumber. 

We will be weaving threads of balance, fertility and abundance as the earth sprouts forward to bloom.

This ceremony allows space for you to simply be with chapters of stillness, connection, creativity & nourishment.

As you arrive at The Luna Room, the energy of this auspicious capsule welcomes you in with loving arms, where we will allow mindful moments to bring offerings to the altar along with our intentions. The sacred space is sealed with the energy of the 7 directions so we can unfurl into ceremony with the wise embrace and guidance of the outer realms.

Grounding breathwork will usher your body into a natural state of expanse, while soothing the nervous system and settling the mind. We will then begin to welcome in the healing power of plants as we sit in ceremony to mark the Wise Woman lineage. We will call upon the plant spirit kingdom, to honour native plants which are growing abundantly at this time!

As the medicine begins to move through you, we too will move through ritual, and journey deep into a dream state with chants by the beat of the drum, followed by a long and restorative meditation.

As the sun sets, we move into the darkness of the evening, to open up the ceremony to connect, share & feast!

As the ceremony draws to a close we will invite deep nourishment into the body with a healing meal in the yurt, provided by the incredible plant pixies and kitchen witches of Ahimsa Plant Healing. Ahimsa are passionate about restoring the connection between people and planet by regenerating the health of community & land! They are driven to provide British food and wild foraged delights that honour ancient & traditional methods of cooking.
