About the event

The Mother Coven is a nourishing space for mothers (who have children of any age) to nourish themselves and be held in sacred space.

You are welcome just as you are whether that means you're glowing with joy and love, feeling frayed at edges, accomplished, lost, connected, loved, lonely or something else entirely.

The Mother Coven can hold it all.

On this day we focus on nourishing body, mind and soul. We will land with a tea meditation where we will relish the opportunity for single tasking before moving into a sharing circle. If you're new to sharing circles...this is an opportinity to share anything you want to, knowing you will not be given advice, simply witnessed and supported by women who walk this path alongside you. You can share anything you wish to or you can embrace stillness and silence. This is a space where you are free from expectation.

We will create a totem laced with the magick of the day for you to keep before moving onto a mantra meditation. Lastly we will nourish our bellies together with a delicious vegan lunch complete with cake.

Through our circle - we will unfurl into:
