About the event

Dear Sister,

Come and join Hannah & Estella for this Ceremony & Dance.

In this gathering we will be harnessing the inn Wild Womxn Archetype. calls us to confidently claim what ignites our inner fire and puts a glint in our eye. The energy of this gathering is beckoning us to breathe life force vitality into our creative and passionate self-expression. This is a space that gives you a permission slip to unapologetically indulge in warm-hearted lively joy.

We will be dancing to awaken our lioness, to honour our innate primal nature, to move our sacral energy and awaken the inner wild woman.

As you arrive at The Luna Room, expect to be encapsulated by the auspicious energy that the sacred space commands.

Hannah will guide our opening ceremony, by calling in the directions and inviting the spirit of Cacau to be woven into the rich tapestry of the evening.

As mama cacao awakens & shifts our shakti energy, Estella will guide us into the medicine of movement as you explore your uninhibited self expression. This is the space to release stagnant energy, dissolve old stories and to reclaim all of who you are!

Be freely guided by spirit as you dance to the rising energy in the yurt… or take yourself outside to ground into ancestral lands and dance barefoot next to the fire, under the moon

As the energy begins to settle, we will gather around the fire to offer thanks, prayers, devotion and gratitude to the fire spirit and our ancestors. Feel the flames warm your face as we howl at the moon and embrace the new found sisterhood forged here at The Luna Room

You will head home armed with a Polaroid as a memoir of your evening. You heart will be happy and your belly will be full. The night will conclude with calming tranquillity tea and the most nourishing bowl of coconut dhal!

Estella and Hannah will be your guide for the evening as you explore....

So I can safely guide you through the Cacao Ceremony, please note the following:

Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine, it increases blood flow to the brain by 30-40% and increases oxygen in the body by 20%. With this in mind, if you have high blood pressure, heart issues, are allergic to chocolate, are pregnant, are prone to severe anxiety or are on antidepressant or any other medication, that you please notify me accordingly as it is advised that you do not consume a full ceremonial dose of cacao under these circumstances. In these instances, I can provide an alternative herbal elixir or if you would like to proceed at your own body sovereignty & caution, I can provide you with a half dose of ceremonial cacao. It is important to remind you that cacao is a very safe medicine to work with, however when engaging with any plant medicine it should be done with utmost reverence.

Find out more about our Guest Host Estella:

I was a wild child at heart and knew my soul was not really living in its fullness, it took many years to peel back the layers after I suppressed my very own nature with dumbing it down and partying to get high but equally partying to feel free.. although drugs became my escapism, it also gave me a freedom to express myself in my body to move and dance, which I was craving, I was craving to feel, to connect with myself which served me at the time. Since removing the masks and the plasters I had to relearn who I really was at the core of my being, this was raw and messy at times but this was also my medicine as I learnt to release the pain and fear of stepping into the powerful woman I always feared. My journey as my medicine initiated me into a medicine woman.. my medicine became the medicine for others, over the last 20 years I have been on a journey of the mind , body and spirit and anchoring this connection to source and all that is, nature, the elements, a reconnection back into my heart with love and compassion, with forgiveness and many primal roars and tears. This lead me to plant medicine teachers such as sister cacao who I have I been working deeply with for the last 5 years but most recently developing this relationship even deeper with my connection in Mexico as I learnt to really honour the spirit of the lands in which the indigenous people have been praying with for 1000s of years , recognising their prayers have woven into this medicine for us to heal , open up our hearts and connect deeper to the heart within and mother earth's heart. This has been woven into my offerings with tribal medicine music that takes us on a deeper journey of the self. This is the fire in my belly, the beat of my heart, the essence of my waters, the prana life force I breathe.. I feel humbled and grateful to of found this path to share with others as our hearts beat as one.
