Morning Rituals & Plant Based Brunch

Join me for a dreamy morning of rituals and sisterhood as we harness the potent energy of the Full Moon in Aquarius.

This goddess gathering offers you the sacred space to connect into your subtle inner knowing’s & align with your personal power. This is an invitation to evoke with your divine feminine energy, regain balance and connect on a heartfelt level with other likeminded sisters.

Taking time to connect to our personal wisdom in the morning is a powerful process. This gathering will guide you to access your inner essence and cultivate the energy that you would like to harness for the day, and allow this to grow with you into a new week.

The Aquarius full moon is an extremely powerful time. This Full Moon occurs when the cooperative Aquarius Moon opposes the individualistic Leo Sun. This cosmic coupling allows us see the difference between satisfying ourselves (Leo) and collaborating with others (Aquarius). This helps us understand the relationship between teamwork and individuality. The community-conscious Aquarius Full Moon reminds us that we are part of something larger than ourselves, and that acting on our ideas and ideals will benefit everyone.

In this gathering you will be guided through:

Cacao Ceremony , Goddess Sharing Circle,  Meditation,  Fire Release Ritual & Plant Based Brunch.

A Plant Based Brunch will be served after the ceremony concludes. We will be dining on picnic benches, amongst the vines, dressed with flowers and feasting on high vibrational plant based food.

Selection of Herbals Teas. 

Ginger & Turmeric Shot.  

Rye Bread topped with avocado, balsamic vine ripened tomatoes & loaded micro greens. 

Chia Pudding & Blueberry Compote loaded with nuts, seeds & coconut blossom syrup.
