This evening of immersive sound, ceremony and Yin yoga combines the healing qualities of 3 soul medicines that will take you on a journey to the inner landscapes of you.
We will open the space with the medicine of cacao. Her soft spirit will gently nudge our hearts and bodies towards a softness that can more usefully receive the other layers of this ceremony.
Once cacao has started to weave her magic you’ll be guided into a bolster supported Yin yoga practices with the sequence of asana making space in those areas of the body that may feel stagnant or be laying dormant. This type of yoga practice is one to help us attune to our bodies and connect our mind to our physical body as well as our breath. Leaning into softness and watching the layers of contraction gently melt away as we land in each shape.
