Divinely Rooted Retreat

Hannah, Clare and Hannah would like to invite you to this fully immersive retreat day, rooted in nature and mother earths divine offerings. This collaboration has been born out of our love and connection to plants, the healing practices we will guide you through as well as being held on the land which is the family owned and grown business of Hannah Lily. Everything we are offering from the earth beneath your feet to the practices we will share is deeply personal to us all. 

We will guide you through Cacao Ceremony, Nourishing Yoga practices, reiki healing, drumming circle, smudge stick making as well as providing nourishing and plant based lunch, snacks and teas throughout the day. You’ll have a chance to connect bare foot in silence to the earth benath you post practices and walk through the picturesque vineyard allowing your mind to be free of clutter and overstimulation.  The theme of the retreat is to reconnect to nature and its simplicity, empty your mind, experience new practices/teachings as well as to form an understanding of how we can all integrate some or all of these things into our lives for a more wholesome, holistic lifestyle. 

To help with the integration process we will provide an ‘after care’ package which you can take away with you to enjoy in the days/week after as well as some follow up advice/emails so you still feel guided in the process of all of this.

What to bring: As this is an outdoor event you’ll want to have some warm layers for our final practice as well as bringing your yoga mat/props/bolster and suncream/a hat.

09:40- Arrival 

10:00- Cacao ceremony and opening circle + mindful stroll in the vines 

11:00 Yoga Practice  

12:30- Group Split for Smudge stick making/Guided Reiki Journey 

14:00- Vegan Feast 

15:00- Swap over groups 

16:30- Restorative yoga into sound journey/drumming circle 

18:00 Cake + Tea then Home

We will have shade under trees too and will follow that shade around for our yoga!  We are so looking forward to this container of pure joy and cannot wait to see you there.
