Hannah, Clare and Hannah would like to invite you to this fully immersive retreat day, rooted in nature and mother earths divine offerings. This collaboration has been born out of our love and connection to plants, the healing practices we will guide you through as well as being held on the land which is the family owned and grown business of Hannah Lily. Everything we are offering from the earth beneath your feet to the practices we will share is deeply personal to us all. 

We will guide you through Cacao Ceremony, Nourishing Yoga practices, reiki healing, drumming circle, smudge stick making as well as providing nourishing and plant based lunch, snacks and teas throughout the day. You’ll have a chance to connect bare foot in silence to the earth benath you post practices and walk through the picturesque vineyard allowing your mind to be free of clutter and overstimulation.…
